Digital products are delivered to you as soon as the payment is received. You will be sent a confirmation email with a download link, so please be careful not to misspell your email. The link also appears on the Thank You page. The download link is active for 30 days. After that, it no longer works, so make sure to save the files somewhere safe on your device prior to that. If you do not receive the confirmation email, then kindly check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can't find your purchase, then please contact me with your order number and I'll be happy to assist you.

Printing & Assembling the Patterns

Open your digital PDF sewing pattern and instructions eBook using software such as Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded for free here.

 

You can print out your digital sewing pattern at home using your home printer. Each sewing pattern includes three paper sizes for you to choose from: A4 and US Letter for home printers or A0 format for printing at a copy-shop. Each pattern comes with printing and assembling instructions for that pattern. Click here for the general instructions.

Returns 

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, digital sewing patterns and gift cards are not eligible for return and refund. If you are however unhappy with your purchase, you may contact me to discuss it further.
